This blog has chronicled my retirement era adventures. The first year of retirement brought trips to the east coast, Mexico, Venezuela, South Dakota, Peru and Hawaii, with some fun in-season Northwest hikes and snowshoes thrown in. After some dreary winter months in Seattle, the blog adventures began with a 2013 7-week trip to Greece, Switzerland, Germany, France and Turkey with friends Dee Bayne and Mari Evans. Those were followed by a three week trip to Morocco the following year as well as more domestic adventures and road trips, a llama backpacking trip in Oregon, more tours in Mexico and a trip to Guatemala. Let the good times roll!
